There are numerous Champneys Spa break locations in the UK. Choose from Tring in Hertfordshire, Forest Mere in Hampshire, Henlow in Bedfordshire, Springs in Leicestershire, Eastwell Manor in Kent or Mottram Hall in Cheshire. Each offers sumptuous accommodation in elegant surroundings, delicious cuisines, blissful treatments and all of the latest fitness trends. Whatever you decide to do, it’s all about inner health and outer beauty.

You’ll get to enjoy a healthy lunch, three-course evening meal and tasty breakfast the following morning. They will even spoil you both with one 50-minute Champneys treatment each to leave you feeling as good as new.

Overnight stay is not valid on Friday or Saturday nights, bank holidays or 24th, 25th, 26th 31st December or 1st January. Standard room accommodation. Prize must be booked and taken within 12 months from the date of issue to the winner and is subject to availability. Once booked, if the winner cannot attend their stay for any COVID-19 related issues such as testing positive, self-isolation or our resorts having to close, prize will be held for up to 12 months. Prize value varies and is dependent on the chosen location. Guests must be 16 years or over, non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel to the spa is not included.
